Summer season: Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend, $225/night
Three night minimum stay.
Shoulder season: Open year round, $150/night, nightly stays available.
All rates based on double occupancy.
$25 per additional person up to 8 guests
Please add only 3% tax to full rate, saves 4.5% compared to city rate.

Three night minimum stay.
Shoulder season: April - May and September - October, $125/night
Nightly stays available.
$25 per additional persons up to 7. 7.5% sales tax
Deposit
50% deposit required to hold your reservation.
We accept Visa , Mastercard, checks and cash.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be provided with notification 60 days prior to arrival minus $100 cancellation fee. Refunds on cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will be based on re-rental.
