Summer season: Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend, $225/night
Shoulder season: Remainder of May and September, $150/night
All rates based on double occupancy, three night minimum.
$25 per additional person up to 8 guests
Please add only 3% tax to full rate, saves 4.5% compared to city rate.

Deposit
50% deposit required to hold your reservation.
We accept Visa , Mastercard, checks and cash.
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Please make checks payable to Waterman Creek Guest House.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be provided with notification 60 days prior to arrival minus $100 cancellation fee. Refunds on cancellations made less than 60 days before arrival will be based on re-rental.
